The Meaning Of Car Free Day For The Kuningan Society

Kuningan, West Java. Car Free Day is an event organized by the Kuningan Goverment , where all society gather in the central city and certainly without car. It is held from 6 am to 9 am. Here we will look at how the meaning of the CFD for the public and traders.

One of the society, Aksan “CFD is a day of exercise with family and were able to maintain the cleanliness of the Kuninngan city . Because it can reduce pollution in the Kuningan city”. He routinely attentd the CFD every week with his nephwes. His hopes in the future that the time of CFD can be added and this event  can be manintained in order to continue.

And one of the traders, Iyan. The meaning of Car Free Day there is an occasion that can increase the income. He sell cornet and sosis.  Usually his income just Rp. 60.000, but in CFD he can get doubled income than usual. He said “ I sell in CFD (Car Free Day) since three months ago. The Civil Servants Working in the Holidays

The holiday was nice to relax , right ? A break from all the activities of our work . But here there are employees who still to work despite the holiday , especially on Sundays. At the Car Free Day on January 5, 2014  , many found the Kuningan Public Order Agency (Satpol PP)are working. Two of them are Mr. Jaja and Mr. Ajat.

They are still working on Sundays because it has become their routine and their obligations as Police  . Mr. Jaja said that  “It is our obligation, and we as an employee must obey the rule.” He add that if he in the offday same with the other people, he go to recreation or just relax in home.

While  Mr. Ajat told that actually same with Mr. Jaja do if in the offday. They do this activity has been going on for Car Free Day began , about 3 years. They assessed this CFD is good activity. (Ageng Sutrisno)

5 Minutes Closer The Colonial Period In Kuningan City

Kuningan, West Java (5/11)- History records that Indonesia has been colonialized by Japan and the Netherlands. We also noted that in Kuninngan the allies had stopped in  this town horse . Healthy while Preserving Culture

Kuningan, West Java - Healthy ? Surely to be the desire of every human being . This time we will see how we are healthy while conserving culture of Indonesia . Currently still in the CFD event , many activities undertaken Kuningan society here . They had nothing in sports , trade , roads , and there is also a gym.

In Sunday 5 January in the Tama Kota Kuningan there is a gym, ladies and gentleman are also there . They are led by a handsome gym instructor. The gymnastics events held regularly every week. And the unique from this activities is the music using folk songs. The songs like Manuk Dadali from West Java, Ayo Mama from Maluku, Kampuang Nan Jauh Di Mato from West Sumatra, etc. This is done in order to maintain our culture of Indonesia. Holiday With Titanic Ghost Ship Mistery

Kuningan, West Java (14/12)- How about your school holiday? Ok, we have an excting place to complete your holiday. To spent our holiday, we will meet a ghost. We will go to the ghost ship Titanic. Here is one fun rides in Kuningan. This event was held on December 14, 2013 until January 14, 2014 to celebrate the Christmas and New Year. The admission price is very cheap , you get it with Rp. 15.000.

So many people come to this event , many of them are children and adults. The event presents a horror sensation and test our adrenaline. The organizers make a replica of Titanic ship. Here the visitor can enjoy the sensation of horror and meet with many gost. Because thre are very dark they are not allowed to bring anything. The visitors can be met with a lot of ghosts , like pocong , gunderewo , kuntilanak etc. They shouted loudly when the ghosts started  distrubing and following them.

One of the visitors, Mira said “I was very scared but actually it very pleasent moment”. Most visitors  was afraid and cried. Even one of them fainted after exiting the haunted house. And for a reminiscence they can take a pictures with pocong. Do you want to try it ? Try to come with family or friends to make it more exciting . (Iin Patonah)
